The orthoptic union
BOSTU is the only union in the UK run by and for the orthoptic workforce. As a UK member of BIOS, you’re automatically a member of our union, getting tailored support and representation when you need it.
We provide work-related advice and support to individual members on grievances, redundancies and employment conditions, as well as providing a voice for the orthoptic profession nationally, negotiating pay scales, benefits and conditions.
