6. Use of the BIOS logo
The BIOS logo may not be used on any web site for any purpose without permission from the BIOS Trustees or honorary officers. Permission for such use will be given in writing or by email and will be for a fixed time period. A copy of the BIOS logo is available for use by BIOS full members on their websites and stationery. This includes members with ‘Full’, ‘Full (ROI only)’ and ‘First Full Year’ categories of membership; versions are not available for other categories of membership.
You may not use the BIOS logo on a web link page without permission.
7. Termination
BIOS may, in its discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of “www.orthoptics.org.uk” website with or without cause by delivering notice to you.
These rights of termination are in addition to all other rights or remedies of BIOS provided in these Terms or by law.
