BIOS Low Vision CAG and RNIB are trying to identify examples of excellence and information about where there are gaps in low vision services.
As you may already be aware, low vision services are fragmented across the UK with some areas having exceptional commissioned services and others nothing at all. The information we gather will be used to compile a live directory of services and help target support to inform commissioning decisions and improve service provision.
We would appreciate your help in sharing your knowledge about your areas by completing this form. For the purposes of this survey we are interested in low vision services only, but if you have any associated service concerns please do feel free to put these in the comments section.
