We’ve launched a new survey exploring Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) across the orthoptic workforce, to inform our future work.
The purpose of this survey is to gather insight into how orthoptic staff across the profession feel about EDI in their workplace. This survey aims to capture experiences, perceptions, and concerns related to EDI, and collect feedback on potential improvements that could enhance inclusivity and representation.
Your input will directly inform future work as part of the BIOS EDI Strategy, launched in December 2024. This will ensure developments reflect the genuine needs of our members to drive positive change throughout the profession. By participating you can play an active role in shaping a supportive, equitable, and diverse environment for all.
