BIOS are pleased to announce that we will be funding two places for our members to attend the Royal College of Ophthalmologists’ Research Changes Lives seminar on 4 & 5 March 2024.

This two-day course will be held at the RCOphth premises. This course covers everything that an eye health professional at any career stage would need to know to get started doing, appraising and applying clinical or population health research.

All BIOS members are eligible to apply for the funding. In order to apply, we are asking each applicant to answer the following questions with the limit of 500 words (total):

1. Why are you interested in taking up this place?
2. How do you envisage applying your new research knowledge in the future?
