To all clinical tutors,

Thank you to those of you who have already been able to contribute a teaching resource for the BIOS Clinical Placement Expansion Project. Unfortunately we haven’t received many contributions though. We appreciate that clinical pressures are significant at the moment and it can be difficult to find time to dedicate to this.

To simplify and enable more people to contribute something we have provided the following example and blank template for a Hess teaching resource that we hope you find useful. Completing this for one case example probably won’t take more than 30 minutes.

We would encourage all BIOS members who participate in student teaching to dig out an interesting case to present in this way. If each tutor was able to contribute 1 case each, we would be able to collect 100s for the Project – all of which BIOS members would have access to for teaching purposes.
