Birmingham City University have been commissioned by NHS England to deliver a national project about pre-preceptorship. The aim is to create a series of best practice recommendations and resources to enable students to develop whilst in pre-registration phase, so they can transition into newly qualified posts (hopefully) more confidently and prepared.
Thank you to everyone who has so far taken part! We have loved talking with each of you to develop this important piece of work.
We are now particularly wanting to talk to preceptees (who we are describing as those who are newly qualified (less than 12 months) and who might or might not be in a formal preceptorship programme with their employer. Are you able to forward this to your preceptees?
If they cannot attend, could they complete the form linked here?
